Terms of Service — Sajawat

Welcome to Sajawat. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and purchases of women's stitched clothing, unstitched clothing, and shoulder bags.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

1. Eligibility and Use of Our Store

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use our website for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders.

2. Products and Descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Please review the product description, fabric details, size chart, measurements, included items, and other specifications before ordering. Stitched and unstitched clothing may differ in sizing, finishing, and included accessories.

Unless expressly stated in the product description, accessories shown in photographs are not included.

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices will be displayed on our store in the applicable currency. Any delivery charges or other additional charges will be disclosed before the order is finalized.

Our currently specified payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers are expected to pay the confirmed order amount when the courier delivers the order.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and to contact customers before processing affected orders. We will not knowingly charge an undisclosed amount.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. We may contact you to verify your delivery details and confirm your order.

An order may be declined or cancelled where a product is unavailable, information is materially inaccurate, a pricing error has occurred, fraud is reasonably suspected, or fulfillment is not possible. Where payment has already been collected, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 3–7 working days, subject to location, courier operations, order processing, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than unconditional guarantees. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information to the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

These policies form part of these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to discuss available options or cancellation. Any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, including original text, graphics, branding, and design elements owned by or licensed to Sajawat, may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without appropriate permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store operates on Shopify and may rely on third-party services, including courier companies. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Sajawat remains responsible for its own obligations to customers under applicable law.

10. Website Availability and Errors

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be error-free. We may update product listings, correct errors, or maintain our website as necessary.

Nothing in this section removes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sajawat is not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary website interruptions or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan, including relevant consumer protection laws applicable in Punjab. Disputes should first be raised with us so we can attempt to resolve them fairly. This does not prevent a customer from exercising legal rights or remedies available under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights that customers have already acquired under applicable law.
