Sajawat delivers women's stitched clothing, unstitched clothing, and shoulder bags to customers within Pakistan.

Shipping Destinations

We currently accept orders for delivery within Pakistan only.

Order Processing

After you place an order, we may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details. Processing and dispatch depend on product availability and successful order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, public holidays, operational delays, and other circumstances.

Working days exclude public holidays and any non-working days observed by the relevant courier or business operations.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before your order is finalized. The total amount payable for a Cash on Delivery order will be confirmed before dispatch.

Courier Delivery

We use courier services to deliver orders. Please provide an accurate name, delivery address, and any other information required to complete delivery.

The courier may contact you to coordinate delivery. Please remain available to receive your order and pay the confirmed COD amount.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery window, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at umeratecom@gmail.com with your order details so we can assist.

If a parcel is lost, damaged in transit, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution under our policies and applicable law.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or failed delivery attempts.

If a delivery fails, we may contact you to arrange a further attempt or discuss available options. Any additional delivery charges will be communicated before they are imposed.
